Hi!
I am Eugenia Karas, a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment through chess education. As the founder of TGCEP, I’m dedicated to making chess accessible to women and girls around the world - helping them build confidence, strategic thinking and leadership through the game. My work focuses on breaking barriers in a traditionally male - dominated field by creating inclusive learning opportunities and fostering global collaboration. Through TGCEP, I aim to inspire a new generation of women to see chess not just as a game, but as a powerful tool for growth, equality and connection.
